1. What is YH offering?
YH Hydraulic is offering hydraulic fittings, hoses, ferrules, adapters, machines, hose assemblies, steel spring guard and other related products. YH Hydraulic is focused on producing hose fittings, adapter fittings and ferrules. Also he is able to offer any special products which are made from carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze. It is better to present the samples or drawings.
2. What is the sample policy?
YH Hydraulic is a friendly and active business cooperator. For the first cooperation, we have a sample policy that is working well for checking our quality.
Less than 5pcs for fittings, ferrules, and adapters is free of charge to the stock condition.
Less than 1m for hoses is free of charge to the stock condition.
Regarding to delivery cost, It is on customers’ side. If you have doubt with it, we can discuss.
3. What is the payment term?
In YH, we have three terms used popularly that are
1). 100% T/T in advance
2). 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment(or against Bill of Lading)
3). Irrevocable L/C at sight
Other terms are also available in YH Hydraulic, please kindly advise our sales.
4. What are the materials of fittings, ferrules and adapters?
Fittings and adapters come in 45 carbon steel
Ferrules come in 20 carbon steel(mild steel).
Other materials are available such as stainless steel, brass, aluminum, etc. But please advise our sales for your special demands in advance.
5. How does YH control products quality?
YH insists on pursuing better quality for several years in the hydraulic field. From the material purchasing to products packing, we are trying the best. We use the best quality of materials(45 carbon steel and 20 carbon steel) which are bought from official steel company. Our inspectors are checking the right dimensions about four times during CNC manufacture. After zinc plated, finished products will be put to the packing department. Packing staff will check the order quantities, remove burr inside and pack in order in the carton.
6. How about the coating?
YH Hydraulic is able to offer white zinc plated, yellow zinc plated, Cr3 plated which is normally 96 or 120 hours salt spray before white corrosion, Or 216 hours salt spray before red corrosion.
7. how about the delivery time?
1). stock products: about 10 days
2). Production order: about 40 days to 60 days according to the order list.
3). Other requirements are negotiable.
